Cancellation Policy


You are required to pay for sessions that are missed or cancelled with less than 48hrs notice. A 100% cancellation charge applies if appointments are cancelled with less than 48hrs notice. Non-attendance of an appointment will also be charged in full.

Cancellations with more than 48-hours notice will receive a full refund.

It is important to read all the enclosed information carefully. Please complete the Health Questionnaire and email to to our office at least 7 days prior to your appointment.


The health questionnaire MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE your appointment. If it is incomplete, please consider the time it will take to complete it before your appointment. Filling it out while you are at your visit may consume up to 45 minutes of your allotted 75-minute consultation time. It will also prohibit us from reviewing this important information in advance.  This information is vital for your nutritionist in preparing your treatment plan.  By completing this information in advance, the nutritionist can efficiently enhance the quality of your care.


If a cancellation occurs that is instigated by CWC, and less than 24hrs notice is provided, a 50% fee reduction for your next appointment will apply.

It is your responsibility to have a working internet connection if your consultation is via Zoom.

Full consultation charges will apply for scheduled sessions that are unable to connect. There are no additional charges for phone consultations to a UK landline or mobile number.

Late arrivals:

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to allow for parking and navigation to office and any additional time for any inclement weather conditions.

  • If you are more than 30 minutes late you will forfeit your appointment time and be rescheduled for the next available opening.
  • If you are late the amount of time you are late will be deducted from your allotted visit time.

Consultation Times:

Your initial visit will include a 75-minute medical consultation with your nutritionist, in addition, you will have an opportunity to ask any questions or concerns you might have so that we can support you throughout this process.

Laboratory/diagnostic testing are integral components of your treatment plan (these are not recommended on your first visit). Test results are used to design your personal health care program as well as uncover the root causes of your medical condition.  Nutritional supplements are often recommended. We will suggest only the highest quality products available.




Due to the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is likely that your appointment may change or be canceled at short notice. this may be if any of our staff become unwell and need to self-isolate, if track and trace contacts anyone who has been in our clinic to self isolate, or if the government issues new lockdown measures requiring us to close. By booking with us you accept these terms and conditions and no booking fees will be refunded. If your booking is affected by COVID-19 we will happily reschedule this free of charge or as a goodwill gesture, the booking fee can be added to a gift voucher to be used at a later date. Any anti-wrinkle reviews will, unfortunately, be lost due to time restrictions around this treatment. Any Prepaid Courses will still be honored upon reopening. You will be required to accept these terms and conditions when you book with us online. 

We operate a 24-hour amendment policy for aesthetic appointments. Any amendments that fall outside this period will forfeit any fees paid.

Finance applications once approved are final and under no circumstances do we offer refunds on finance applications. Please make sure you are 100% committed to treatment before you apply.

If you miss your appointment with us you will be charged in full for the treatment booked and any booking fees will also be lost. When booking with us and accepting these terms you agree for us to charge your card for any cancellation/missed appointment fees.


To book appointments a non-refundable booking fee is required, no appointments will be booked without this. This is deducted from the final balance on the day of treatment. We do not offer refunds after treatment , no  warranty  or  guarentee  is  made  by  the  clinic  as  to  the  results  you  may  achieve,  it  is  possible  that  results  might  not  come  up  to  your  goals  or  expectations and  also  that  results  can  VARY from  client  to  client.  This  is  also  outlines  on  our  consent  forms  signed  by  yourself  before  treatment  commences. Any amendments to pre booked courses or appointments carried out by our team will be liable for an administration charge of £10.

Any paid deposit payment is a booking fee in exchange for an allocated and reserved time slot of your choice, otherwise known as ‘a service’. By booking and accepting our terms you confirm that you have personally registered your details and reserved a time allocation that you are committed to. Should your circumstances change and you are no longer able to attend your booking then you accept full liability and thus fore forfeit your booking payment to the company cheshire wellness clinic. You understand that any attempts to withdraw this payment will result in legal action being taken against you. You understand that evidence of acknowledgement will be provided to your bank institution and PayPal/ Stripe  Legal representatives as proof of acceptance in any matter.

We  do  not  offer  refunds  on  booking  fees , the  only exception to this policy is an unexpected serious or long term illness that contra-indicates the treatment  or  pregnancy confirmed by a medical certificate. 

If you cannot provide ID when asked then any fees will also be lost. No one under 18 will be treated under any circumstances.

In the event a clinic is re-arranged or cancelled by cheshire wellness clinic we will not reimburse travel nor cover further expenses that may be incurred as a result. 

 We are not able to treat those who are medically unfit for treatment. For a list of exclusions please contact us prior to booking and if you have a known medical condition or are taking any medication that could contraindicate your treatment it is your responsibility to check with us prior to booking any treatments with us. If you book treatment without checking this first we have the right to refuse on this basis and any booking fees will be lost. Please ensure you contact us before you book to avoid this happening. 

 We cannot accept bookings made on behalf of someone else. We are not able to transfer bookings or booking fees to another individual.

We allow a 5 minute grace period for late appointments, due to how busy our clinics can run we cannot allow any longer as this will have an effect on other bookings after yours.

If you are longer than 5 minutes late then we may have to rearrange your booking and your booking fee will be lost. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Pregnant or breastfeeding woman and anyone under the age of 18 cannot have aesthetic treatments, Photo ID will be required for anyone under the age of 25.

Unfortunately, children under 18 are not permitted at the appointments due to the nature of the treatment and we are not covered for insurance reasons, if you arrive with children we  will  not  be  able  to  carry  out  your  treatment  and the booking fee will be lost, we apologize in advance for the inconvenience.

All our treatments require us to hold information regarding our client’s personal details along with medical information, we carry this out with the utmost care and endeavor for this information to only be used internally. 

No information will ever be sold to third parties.

As part of your treatment, you will be required to complete a medical questionnaire in which we will ask questions about your medical history. It is your responsibility to disclose all information required and Cheshire Wellness Clinic will not be held responsible for anything not disclosed.

Changes to your medical status must be relayed to a member of the team before any further treatments are carried out.  This is your responsibility to update us with accurate medical history if you visit us for further treatment.

Any information you provide will be held securely and in accordance with the  GENERAL  DATA  PROTECTION REGULATION. Your personal details will not be disclosed to third parties.
